Since joining James Castaldo CPA & Associates in 2017 as a staff accountant with no prior experience, Justin has grown into a well-seasoned accounting professional and now serves as Manager of the firm. Under James’s mentorship and guidance, he has developed extensive expertise across multiple areas of accounting and tax services.

His specialized knowledge in construction financial matters has been instrumental in helping our firm achieve peer-reviewed status, particularly through his work on review engagements in this complex industry sector. As Manager, he handles sophisticated IRS representation work on behalf of our clients, navigating payroll tax, corporate tax, and personal tax matters with the experience and confidence gained over my years of practice.
