In addition to managing his department, Mr. Castaldo was involved with the planning and tax preparation for all corporate restructuring transactions.
He has held senior management positions with L-3 Communications Corporation, (NYSE: LLL) a telecommunications company, and Bender Cicotto & Co, CPA, a Long Island-based accounting firm.
Mr. Castaldo holds a M.S. in Taxation from Long Island University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Hofstra University. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Public Accountants.
